Be Smart Online  Be careful what you post online or text to someone else. Once it's out there, it can't be taken back.  Of the Baird JH and HS students surveyed: 90% have not sent inappropriate pictures of themselves to someone else.  80% have not posted "risky" photos online (partial nudity, drug or alcohol use, or dangerous behavior)
Poster 1 - Be Smart Online

You don't have to spend all your time on social media.  Contrary to popular belief, everyone is not online 24/7.  6 out of 10 students surveyed at Baird report spending 3 or less hours on social media each day.

Set your privacy settings to friends only. Avoid putting personal information online (full name, full birthday, address, school, & work info). Only interact with people you know in real life and never go meet a stranger you meet online.  Of the Baird JH and HS students surveyed: 90% have never gone to meet a stranger they met online. 80% agreed that their parents talk to them about online safety. 54% saiy their parents monitor their online activities.

Did you know . . . not everyone is looking at inappropriate content online? 80% of Baird JH & HS students surveyed reported that they DO NOT search for inappropriate images or content when they are online.

Did you know . . . Most Baird students say NO to Cyberbullying.  60% of BJH and BHS students surveyed that they have NEVER cyberbullied someone.
